INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

With effect from Wednesday 6th January 2021, in line with government guidelines relating to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, our stores will close temporarily.

As an independent, family-run business the safety of our customers and team is our first priority.  As this is a rapidly changing situation we do not currently know when stores will reopen but we are monitoring the situation carefully to ensure that when we are able to open we will do so with the highest levels of support and with personal safety in mind and in full compliance with guidelines from the government and Public Health England.

When circumstances make it possible for stores to open again, without compromising the safety of our team and customers, we will update this page accordingly so please check back regularly.

Whilst our stores are closed, our office is still operating in line with government guidelines and we are doing everything we can to continue to keep customers satisfied whilst protecting them and our teams.

 

How can I buy from Floorstore?

To continue to satisfy our customers whilst stores are temporarily closed there are a number of ways to place an order:

  1. Phone orders: We are taking orders over the phone as usual. Just call us on 0113 831 4310 and we’ll guide you through the process.
  1. Online orders: In response to customer demand, a number of our most popular products are now available to buy in our online shop. We are adding to this range daily to offer more and more choice to customers who would prefer to buy online. If you don’t see what you’re looking for just drop us an email or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
  2. Home appointments: In full compliance with social distancing practices, we are now also able to offer home appointments for eligible customers. Drop us an email or call us on 0113 831 4310 to check your eligibility and book an appointment.

Outstanding orders and queries.

Any outstanding queries should be emailed to sales@floorstoregroup.co.uk. Alternatively please contact us on 0113 831 4310 (option 1).  As always, we are working as quickly and efficiently as possible to resolve all queries. Although we are operating as normal in our offices, some of our suppliers may from time to time experience delays so please bear with us.

Can I still receive deliveries of goods and installations?

Yes, our flooring deliveries are continuing to take place. You will receive a pre-delivery call and will be asked the following two questions:

  1. Have you or anybody living at this address displayed possible coronavirus (Covid-19) symptoms resulting in any of you having to self-isolate?
    • IF YES – We will cancel the delivery and rebook at least 14 days later
    • IF NO – We will proceed with delivery cautiously. It is critical that you exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away from the delivery team. They have been advised to do the same and this will help keep both you and them safe.
  1. Have you or anybody living at this address opted to self-isolate as a result of being: Aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult, or pregnant?
    • IF YES – With your agreement, we will deliver to your doorstep or outbuilding/garage
    • IF NO – We will proceed with delivery cautiously. It is critical that you exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away from the delivery team. They have been advised to do the same and this will help keep both you and them safe.

Can I still collect my materials?

Yes! We are currently offering a contact-free collection service from our central warehouse, once on-site please proceed to the collection area at the rear of the building and follow the guidelines in place.

If you have placed an order for collection, we will contact you when your order is ready to collect. Please do not travel to store until we confirm your order is ready for collection.

Our teams are working hard to ensure you can collect your items in a safe and secure way. If delays or issues occur, please be considerate to our team and other customers.
