Sales Consultant
The role
We’re looking for an energetic Retail Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. You’ll be the first face customers see, helping them find the perfect flooring, beds and accessories for their homes. Using your product knowledge and a consultative sales approach, you’ll deliver a great experience every time and build lasting customer relationships. Strong performers are rewarded with our excellent, uncapped commission scheme.
About you
- Experience in a customer facing sales role, ideally flooring or another consultative sector
- Confident using sales models and processes to hit targets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport
- A track record of working in and contributing to a high performing team
- Consistent history of hitting personal and team KPIs
- Up to date knowledge of the flooring industry and awareness of competitors
