The Brief

Miss Stewart arrived at the store looking for some hard wearing, easy to maintain flooring for her new home. The customer knew what type of colour she wanted, but was unsure about which material would work best for the downstairs of her house, which included the porch, living room, dining area and kitchen.

After speaking to one of our sales experts, Miss Stewart decided that laminate would be the best option for her, due to the pricing, aesthetics and how easy the product would be to maintain. After looking at several brands the customer decided to go with the Kronotex Robusto Timeless Oak D3590, as this product is AC5 rated meaning it is extremely hard wearing, and also was a built in Aqua Protect layer which would work well in her kitchen.
