We’re open! In line with government guidelines relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, our stores are once again open for business.

We are monitoring the situation carefully and will continue to follow the advice of the Government and Public Health England. To make sure we are operating as safely as possible we will return to a ‘new normal’ rather than immediately operating ‘business as usual’.

As an independent, family-run business our customers and teams are incredibly important to us and are doing everything we can to provide the highest levels of support to protect our customers and team.

1. In-store drop-ins: Operating in line with social distancing practices we are now able to welcome customers back to our stores. Like supermarkets and other essential shops, the number of customers allowed in the store at any given time will be limited based on the size of each individual store, which may at times, make a short wait outside necessary.
2. 1-to-1 appointments: For customers who prefer a 1-to-1 experience or need to avoid a potential wait, we are also able to offer pre-arranged appointments.  Each appointment will be allocated a 1 hour slot, a maximum of two adults living at the same address will be welcomed and they may be accompanied by children who are living at the same address.
